EDINBURGH PREVIEWS 2010
June 1st, 2010Hello!
Just back from honeymoon (lovely, thanks) having seethed for most of it about the ending of Lost (grrr…sentimental, pseudo-religious, literal nonsense detracting from what should have been properly powerful moments like the final one with Jack and Vincent. I read Philosophy for a year at Uni: I love unanswered questions, me, but this was schmaltzy drivel with woejus dialogue. I’ve been fuming since the awful “Across the Sea” ep. Awful. Awful. Grrr…).
But now I’m back and straight into Edinburgh mode. It’s really soon, you know. Eek!
So, there still isn’t much time to blog. Huge apologies to those of you who’ve taken the time to be cross with me about that. You’re lovely grumpy people and I’m forever in your debt for reading.
I’m fully aware that today’s isn’t really a blog, more of a plug. It’s a plug-blog. A Plog.
This Plog is to let you know that I’m not doing very many previews of my new show of comedy songs, Big Noise (too many musical ends to tie up, not very much time), but here are two in London you might like:
June 26th, I’m at the New Players Theatre (tickets/ details here) and
July 5th, I’m giving the show a run at the wonderful Fat Tuesday, while Kevin Eldon gives his new show a go, too. Intimidated by greatness? Moi? Oui.
Tickets and details for that one are here.
Please come along. I love you. Byebye.
